Low FODMAP Strawberry & Banana Vanilla Smoothie

  • 1 scoop Stellar Labs vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (32g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 medium banana (1.2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (2.65 oz)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (.4 oz)

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency.
